Jen Springer:

From the moment Jen knew money existed in the world as a kid, she felt a deep tug within her to be an entrepreneur. When she graduated college and had to punch in at 6 am and out at 2 pm – she KNEW there had to be a better way to make money than the misery of hell corporate had to offer.

She started her first company in 1994, Peacock Enterprises.  This company was established to import custom horse equipment from England and after morphing into 3 other equine related businesses Jen used this corporation for her network marketing distributorship when she joined in 2001.

When Jen found network marketing, she saw it as her way OUT of the confines of Corporate America to a life of self-directed freedom. In Spring 2002 she quit corporate and became a full-time networker which she currently still earns a 6-figure residual income.

Jen now coaches network marketers and other entrepreneurs to find new people every week to talk to about their business through her program.  You can find articles, podcasts, and training on this site as well as links to other social site you may enjoy.

Monty Moran:

Just like Jen, Monty always knew there HAD to be a better way to make money than grinding away endless hours working for dollars.

Monty had great interest and studied network marketing opportunities for many years before he joined in 2010.  Monty built a local team using networking groups, live events, and vendor booths to earn a residual 4 figure check every month.

Monty has been a fitness expert for over 25 years and enjoys the challenge of always being better than tomorrow than we are today.  He feels that network marketing also employs this same philosophy and knows its the business of the future where people need to control and secure their own income.

Along with Jen, Monty is a key support contact for the Likes to Leads program.

Likes to Leads Program:

In 2015 Jen& Monty stepped back and reflected upon the struggles of the network marketing industry as a whole. There are SO many fantastic leaders, mentors, companies, and trainers that taught the skills to build a team … yet 97% of people fail.

WHY?

The question begged her attention,Why are people stuck bottle-necking in the first 1/3 of most company compensation plans across the network marketing industry?”.

Travel. Lotions. Potions. CBD. Toxic Free Products. Clothing. Insurance. Financial Services. Supplements. Essential Oils – these companies all have the SAME bottle-necking problem.

After talking to 1000’s of business builders she came to the conclusion one of the major issues was people ran out of new prospects once they worked their friends, family, and acquaintances. AKA: The Warm Market.

Without new prospects, teams don’t grow.

Without new prospects, a builder cannot practice a presentation or closing script.

Without new prospects, a business is dead.

Likes to Leads was born to solve the problem, “I don’t have any new people to talk to!”.
